Meet a true cricketing legend when Farokh Engineer heads to Cottingham on 14 March. In his new book Farokh, The Cricketing
Cavalier, Farokh looks back at many magical moments
with Lancashire and India though the 1960s and 1970s. 'He had the ability to
lighten up the gloomiest Manchester day, whether on the pitch or off it,' says biographer Colin Evans, former cricket writer for the Manchester Evening
News.
Nowadays, 40 years after his retirement from the game, he is still
warmly welcomed all over the world as an ambassador for cricket.'
Signed copies of Farokh, The Cricketing
Cavalier will be available.
Plus win a 'Legends of Cricket' autograph bat, signed by some of the game's biggest names and raffled to raise fund for charities supporting Mumbai street children.
